Private dentures can be made from a wide range of materials. At the Vallance Dental Centre our private dentures are made by Dr Steph who is a GDC registered Dentist with a Special Interest in Removable Prosthodontics. He is responsible for taking all the measurements, production and fitting the denture to give a complete “in house” result. At The Vallance Dental Centre we feel this is the optimal solution to producing the best dentures available in Manchester!
There are several choices or levels of denture, each one incorporating an ever-increasing list of features and benefits. The dentures are all made from a high-impact resistant acrylic to ensure maximum toughness.
At Vallance Dental Centre in Manchester, our bespoke dentures are crafted to fit as securely and comfortably as possible. For some people, especially with upper dentures, this can mean a gentle suction seal. For others, due to natural differences in gum shape, bone structure, or changes over time, suction may not be achievable – but we can still create dentures that feel stable and functional.
A well-fitting denture should not pinch, rub, or cause pain. Some patients may need to use a small amount of denture adhesive for extra confidence, especially with lower dentures where movement is more common. Our team will discuss your individual needs and adjust or reline your dentures as your mouth changes, helping you achieve the best possible fit for your situation.

Dr Steph is passionate about cosmetic, functional dentures made with precision. She is often referred to by her colleagues and patients as the ‘Denture Queen’ because of her love for removable prosthodontics.
She is completing a PGDip in Restorative and Aesthetic dentistry. Steph has a passion for teaching and will often speak alongside her colleagues on courses/seminars as well as show casing her work on instagram.
Outside of work Steph loves to play tennis and football as well as hitting the gym.
