As part of your appointment arrangements, we may contact you to request a deposit for your upcoming appointment if one has not already been paid.
Please note that for private appointments cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice, or 48 hours’ notice for specialist appointments.
Cancellations made with less notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may be treated as a short-notice cancellation. In these circumstances, you may lose your deposit, and the dentist may charge a fee of up to £3 per minute at your dentist’s discretion.
